Grievance redressal

A real human reads every grievance within 48 hours. Resolution within 30 days as required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the IT Rules 2021.

1. When to file a grievance

File a grievance with InvestingPro when you believe we have:

  • Mishandled, lost, or wrongly shared your personal data (DPDP Act 2023, Section 13)
  • Published an article that misstates a verifiable fact about a product or regulatory rule
  • Routed an affiliate “Apply Now” click to the wrong destination, or charged you a referral fee that you weren't told about
  • Failed to respond to a previous correction request within the 48-hour acknowledgement window (see /corrections)
  • Violated the IT Rules 2021 (Intermediary Guidelines) in any way

For factual corrections to specific articles, the faster path is /corrections (48-hour acknowledgement). This page is for the formal grievance channel, used when the corrections process has not resolved your concern.
