How do I report a fraudulent transaction on my RBL credit card?

Under RBI's Limited Liability circular (July 2017), if you report unauthorised electronic transactions within 3 working days, your liability is zero. Between 4-7 days, liability is capped at ₹5,000-25,000 depending on card tier. After 7 days, liability is uncapped.
